The staff was very supportive, the pay was fair for my age, and there were perks such as great discounts on clothes and getting to go to the Cabi house parties to see the new collections

Managers treat employees differently based on race, which is deeply concerning and unacceptable. Overall, the company feels unstable, with leadership focused on personal gain rather than long-term sustainability. Prospective employees should be cautious before joining.
