Svantaggi
Management is terrible from top down. Not to mention that while their prices steadily increase, the quality stays exactly the same- which is subpar. No one cares if it's pretty if it falls apart in 6 months. When business is slow and sales are plummeting, they refuse to do some self reflection to see that their ineptitude is the culprit! They seriously need to hire financial advisors and market researchers. Maybe stop opening store after store if you cannot afford to pay people in existing stores a livable wage. Maybe stop planning elaborate "events" when you can't afford cleaners. I am convinced that every higher up is where they are because they knew someone. They let bad situations fester until things become dire. Concerns go unheard until people have reached their limit and quit. Once that happens, management goes into damage control mode, but by that time it's too late. I would never recommend this job to an adult looking for a career. It's okay as a part-time position for a student, but so is a job at Whole Foods or Target. Both of which pay about the same for about half the effort. Unless you are looking for a job that underpays and expects you to do the job of three people, stay away from CB2.
