Busy - sometimes it's hard to focus on the big picture because of emergencies but that's inevitable in this business.

Good brand of products and cool co workers

High turnover, 3 managers in first 6 months due to termination or demoted due to poor work ethics. Poor office moral, extreme favortism, micromanagement and un-motivating environment. Management uses fear to encourage reps to meet quota as opposed to motivation. New Hires do not get active account base but is expected to generate new buisness with limited time. Lead distribution is only for favorites and veterans. Depressing place to work overall.
