Too big of a company to be this bad - Recensione dipendente - Dipendente anonimo presso CBI Health

I worked at CBI’s head office for over 5 years and I wish I could be more positive about them but it’s really bad. This is a breakdown of how they operate: post a job that combines at least 2 jobs into one, interview people with experience that’s junior to the role they’re hiring for so they can pay less, hire person for the role, don’t give them the resources they need to succeed at the job, but encourage them so they believe they’re in a stable role in a stable company, then let the person continue to chase the carrot on the stick in small increments so they have just enough to stick around, and no time or motivation to look for another job. I’ve witnessed this over and over again. I joined before the company became the size it is now but it kills me to see how they do a lot of this intentionally. I’ve heard some of the senior executives “joke” about misleading their employees. Enough is enough. I’m in the process of leaving the company and feel it’s too important to not warn others. Take a position here if you are really desperate and need something, but don’t stop looking. This won’t be the place for you to stay long-term. Everyone who’s been here for a long time joined well before the recent growth but anyone who’s joined after 2014 is easily expendable. And the executives treat them accordingly.
