Large company. Lots of opportunities to pursue.

Run by salesmen who promote salesmen. Preach company values of RISE - Respect, Integrity, Service, Excellence. It looks good to the client and helps close the deal. But blatantly dishonest with employees. They know you can’t do anything. Lots of client surveys and internal surveys from corporate that impact account manager’s bonuses. Account management bends over backwards to skew surveys in their favor. They will completely violate their core principles for short term gain. Employees are not safe.

The company has a great mentor program. You will meet colleagues who do amazing things like write books, receive leadership awards, and write checks to nonprofits that really need the help.

I really have no complaints. I am still in contact with many of my colleagues there.

If your not in the club , you will never move up , Managers pick buddies not who has the best qualities , HR goes right along with it , Not fair at all ,
