Upper-level management has no idea what is going on with their onsite property management teams, nor do they put in the effort to actually care. Expect managers to email you on weekends as they don't understand the concept of work-life balance. Most people burn out within the first year or two. If you're good at your job, and your team likes you, don't expect to be promoted.
