Over the past year, I have witnessed disrespectful remarks from leadership, and the organization’s tolerance of such behavior reflects a troubling lack of integrity. Too many leaders appear to prioritize personal interests over the well-being of the business and its employees, contributing to a toxic work environment. This is impacting client retention and new business opportunities. Investigations into ethical concerns involving senior leaders are often delayed, highlighting a clear double standard in how leadership and lower-level staff are held accountable.

My experience was that upper management does not understand what those in lower level positions do, and they don't take advantage of experience and knowledge of those below them to make strategic decisions.
