Somewhat flexible work environment, some of the pre-change employees are still around and make the day to day more enjoyable. The owner brings his dog sometimes which helps!

Morale is at an all time low, the majority of employees are extremely stressed and burnt out. Management refuses to accept that their employees are suffering and are not willing to do anything to help. Quite a toxic work environment.

As it is a smaller organization the opportunity to grow and shape your career, especially by wearing multiple hats is available. If you have the desire and motivation to take ownership and develop - this would be a great place.

Coachability and mentorship is lacking. Understanding that this is common with a smaller organization, it is still a hinderance on aspects of career growth.
