A god complex leaves said management firmly believing they are simultaneously a world-class UI/UX designer, product manager, developer, and manager capable of driving efficient and effective software development. Instead, they have driven a manager to a literal nervous breakdown, forced employees to spend most of their time churning on revisions of materials to present to him in a way that won't send him into a complete tirade, and have stifled any spirit of independent thinking and creativity that his team might offer. Employees are exceedingly underutilized, micro-managed, motivated only by fear, and mistrusting of senior management.
