Vantaggi
One of the best parts of working for CCC was getting to work with some passionate, talented, and lovely people. There are many hard-working and smart individuals working for the organization on the ground floor. Once you hit the management level is where it all goes down hill and fast.
Svantaggi
The management is completely horrendous. CCC promotes employees to management positions based upon how good of "friends" that person is with the upper level management. No management training is provided to these individuals and therefor people leaders have no idea how to motivate, lead, or support teams. This company strives on it's internal politics. The majority of it's employees come into the organization very excited and motivated to take on new challenges and within months are run down, miserable, and looking for a way out. CCC claims to have a wonderful work-life balance, but this is not the case at all. They expect you to work excessive amounts of overtime to get all of your tasks completed. In their words "you are an exempt employee and have to work as many hours as needed to get the job done." Meanwhile your manager comes in late, takes long lunches, goofs around on the internet all day, and leaves early. This company is a revolving door and cannot keep talented people on staff. CCC is good at attracting talent with their sales pitches, but is unable to keep millennials on staff. The HR department is very aware of the many problems within certain teams at CCC, but refuses to do anything about the reoccurring problems. Their only concern is to hide and cover up any problems that are going on. It is amazing that they can watch instances of sexual harassment as well as bulling all coming from management on the same team yet do absolutely nothing about it but schedule a few meetings and hope things get better. They are wonderful at always playing the blame game and blaming the many people who revolve in-and-out of the team without getting rid of the manipulative management that causes all of the problems.
