The facade that's upheld by the employees. Everyone is calm and seemingly willing to help. The pay was ok. Mom-fri work schedule was great and the benefits were inexpensive.

Svantaggi

Management doesn't mean what they say all anyone in that company cares about are themselves.

Thank you for speaking to the culture and values! We know the event production hours can be long, but the memories and connections you make in the communities we serve are incredible. Medical Benefits are wonderful - separate time off to allow for apppointments etc.

Svantaggi

Required to work here two calendar years Jan-Dec before a raise is a possibility, upwards movement can be difficult.
