We have year-round culture events as additional opportunities to connect with your colleagues, as well as community-service events to give back externally. We encourage ongoing conversations with your supervisor about your learning path and career path, and to use our tuition assistance benefit. We are a lean team passionate about and focused on the science and research, and we all work together to that end, so there's actually very little politics here at CCSA. As teams grow, the processes and practices also need to evolve.
