CCS was very well set up and organization was excellent. I always felt supported and was offered many upskilling opportunities.

Sometimes felt a little bit separate to the wider organization but that's difficult to overcome across all the various regions and tasks they undertake

Helping and understanding of all cultural people. Great communication between PWS and support worker. Helping to achieve goals to their PWS.

Never getting any downside of this company
