-very small salary compare to literally anything on the game market. -absolutely unprofessional poor management -your effort wont be noticeable unless you will get vocal about it and force management to upgrade you -CD does not care about keeping really good specialists -a lot of ambitious projects but zero wish to orginise it well -transition process from project to project is a nightmare and chaos -sometimes it feels that your workspace is a weird cult. like you are working hard for an idea not profit -artists earn 20% less than programmers even if artist has more years of experience
