      CDF has great core values and a strong family-oriented culture. The owner, Wayne Foreman, is an amazing person. He goes above and beyond for not only the customers, but the employees as well.

      Good experience and good company values. Pay was decent for the work. All leads were truly inbound. Benefits were good. Current sales manager is great.

      Friendly co workers The owner is a very decent person. Unfortunately that’s about it.

      Horrible management, bad PTO, Barely any sick time. You will be micromanaged every day. They say they have core values but do not practice what is preached.
