Do not make any complaints. Employees that complain are terminated with no cause CDI Management does not follow labour laws. HR is not aware of CDI's own policy guidelines. They are uneducated and incompetent Micromanaged and undermined by Campus Directors who are less capable than yourself. Campus Directors are often unprofessional. They have no actual experience managing a team, let alone a campus! They lack the education required to represent a college. Their lack of professionalism and education is an embarrassment to the Instructors who want to be taken seriously. Upper management is a disorganized mess. They need to retire. The only thing CDI cares about is grabbing money from students Very low pay and not compensated for time worked. DO NOT WORK OVERTIME. They will ask you to work late or on the weekends but they will not compensate you for it. Check your pay statments religiously. They make a lot of mistakes. Very Low pay and they don't give raises. Instructors: $40,000 - $50,000 Finance Administrator: $40,000 Campus Director: $80,000 - $95,000 Reception: $30,000 Student Financial Planner: $35,000 Admissions Advisor: Base Salary $35,000 plus $700-$900 per student you sign up
