No longer focused on engineering. Company has shifted to a model which involved abandoning actively sold products to work on "Next Generation" vaporware. After hearing many of my peers say executive management is aware and driving this model I stopped bringing it up since it's intentionally. My team has seen 60% of the engineers quit in the last year, with another 10% being laid off. My Manager & Director both are looking for new jobs since we can no longer promote code to Production and are no longer judged on providing customer value.
