Lots of flexibility with life.

Sometimes the organization can be a downside, same with any other company in todays market.

It is a very good company with service to smaller projects mixed with large projects serving the customer in all departments.

Structure is getting better however needs work due to the parent companies needs, this is being worked on and seems to be getting better.
