For anyone reading these comments, please understand that whilst people are undoubtedly frustrated, their concerns are genuine and not isolated incidents. I remember reading a comment suggesting that the CEO was secretly considering selling the company. Well, that happened today. Many employees feel frustrated because they chose to work for this organisation whilst accepting salaries below market rate, largely because they believed in the company’s mission. It is now highly questionable whether that mission will continue to exist in practice going forward. In addition, 20–30% of the workforce was made redundant in 2025. Although further redundancies are not currently planned for this year, many employees expect them to happen eventually in 2027. At the same time, C-suite executives receive extremely high salaries (500k+). Many of the comments mention the friendly working environment, and that is true. However, we all work long hours and receive little recognition for our efforts. Promotions are awarded without any corresponding pay rise, and there is a growing sense of a toxic corporate culture in which integrity and basic work ethic are increasingly lacking. Flexible WFH and Great Colleagues

If you've read the previous reviews, the are 100% accurate . CDP was recently acquired by a private equity firm and has two company-wide reorgs in the past few years, resulting in around 20% of colleagues to be laid off. Many of us have accepted lower salaries because we believed in the orgs mission and the positive impact of its work. Meanwhile, senior leadership continues to receive very substantial compensation packages, often exceeding $500K. With this recent sale, there is considerable uncertainty about what lies ahead. Many employees are concerned about further org changes, additional cost-cutting measures, and the possibility of future redundancies. While nobody can predict exactly what will happen, morale has been significantly affected by the level of uncertainty. Don't walk, RUN!
