There is a lot of teamwork within the company. Multiple teams work together to ensure everything is done properly. Anyone I reach out to is willing to help or point me in the right direction. Working remote has its benefits as well. There is room to grow or move laterally depending on your interests. The benefits and pay are good as well.

Expect to come in and hit the ground running. It may be overwhelming at times for new employees, but again, there is an army of people willing to help. If you don't have strong problem solving skills and the ability to make decisions, you will struggle. Training is available, but you may need to reach out to receive specific training needed.

This company sucks do not work for them

I have been employed here for 10 years and I have not received a pay rise in over 4 years they do not care about employees at all and instead of providing the employees a raise they give them cookies and pizza but last time i checked you can’t pay bills with pizza and cookies. They also do not feed my family. They do not care about their employees unless you are in management. Some here get paid the same as fast food employees.They tell you they promote within the company but that is a lie! They hire outside and then provide them with sign on bonuses while regular employees are stuck. Most upper management spots are not even posted in the company website. They recently forced a bunch of employees back into the office even if they were hired as remote employees without any care about transportation, family responsibilities, or health issues. With no compensation for travel expenses.
