The company has really given me confidence and value to make a change, that was fully justified to enable the huge growth potential it has. I feel fully backed by key stakeholders and they have enabled me to flourish. CEDIA is an outstanding place to work, in which it has made me better in my field of work globally and it rewards hard work. No cons at all but CEDIA is always looking at improving performance. Past cons of communication and projects not being on time have been rectified quickly, with improved communication and operations via Monday.com. This shows how quickly, efficient and conscious CEDIA is in improving staff performance.
