Flexible with hours, very organized, and planned ahead. Good communication, good company events, great place to work overall!

With the contracting company based in multiple different areas, you often work remotely with other coworkers. You have to get used to a lot of conference calls, phone calls, and screen sharing. Although effective, organization and constant communication is key.
