International environment of people with different backgrounds bringing lots of different knowledge and experiences to the projects and overall culture. Friendly and welcoming colleagues all across the globe. Many colleagues very proud of the brand (but mostly outside Central Europe).

Has some of the typical corporate characteristics. People working and managing multiple day-to-day tasks while being asked to work on projects and special requests w/o clear prioritization. Sometimes slower decision making. Some of the issues lacking clear ownership on all levels of management.
