      Somewhat care about advancing in the company. They give the impression that they will support you if you are wanting to transition to a different role. Benefits are also pretty decent for this type of company/industry Good work life balance until they want to change that model

      They don’t value your opinions They don’t value employees morale or outlook on their work environment They’re money driven but don’t care about putting it back into the employees

      scheduling, crazy hours, no family time, breaks for lunch not allowed, unrealistic expectations, bathroom breaks are a hard no. So many cons to list
