Interesting projects with clients in diverse industries. Even though the company is based in Detroit, projects are rarely dependent on the Big 3. Lots of experience in the latest SAP PLM technology. The management of my division is very flexible with time off and travel arrangements. So long as the client is aware and doesn't have a problem with my plans, my management doesn't have a problem with them either. Nice personal time off policy. Plenty of travel opportunities. However, you will have to travel early mornings on Mondays and come back on Thursday evenings. Fridays are usually spent in the office.

Office location (metro Detroit) might not be attractive if you're not from the area. Training of new hires can be difficult to organize when all other consultants are on the road.
