Useful to learn as much as you can, absorb everything, and use it as a launchpad. It will definitely work in your favour in the long run.

I wouldn’t necessarily recommend CEPOL as a place to build a long-term career, CEPOL as an agency tends to be quite disorganized and occasionally chaotic, with less attention to content quality and more focus on preserving internal stability and existing structures.
