      Thank you for your review. CERN's objective for all members of personnel is a rewarding time with the Organization characterised by learning and growth opportunities, wherever one works. The turnover is a natural part of the Organization's dynamic, as we ensure opportunities for all our Member and Associated States through a balanced Staff contract policy of limited and indefinite contracts based on the needs of the Lab. Turnover of students and graduates is also a natural phenomenon which enriches the Organization's diversity while providing a great springboard for their career. We wish you all the best!

      The employment process is very smooth and supportive. The technical team interviewed me for technical skills, and the HR is very supportive and helpful. Especially I haven't been employed by CERN previously, so I have a lot of questions. The employment team is very helpful and answered all my questions patiently. Also I like the job and my work very much.

      Maybe the primary communication method could be email instead of phone calls? I sometimes miss phone calls, but will check every email.
