It was really great working there because living in Pittsburgh over the summer is great. Really nice weather, and tons of stuff to do. Also while the work was very rewarding, there wasn't a huge stress to put in too many hours. It was a great balance for the summer.

Really couldn't think of one. Maybe sometimes there would not be a lot to do, depending on the stage of your project.

Bias, prejudice, cultural segregation - white arabs (lebanese, jordanian, syrian, palestinian, egyptian, iranian) are given first preference, low salary packages, no promotions, no growth, political divide is common, frequent hire and fire scenarios without explanation, the employee is always wrong and managers are by default granted immunity especially if you are a white arab, top management embezzles funds from the company and tells mid and lower management that there is no budget to incorporate growth and corporate bullying is their anthem.
