Too many people in one open space office due to lack of space They didn't even offer us water in the office. Micromanagement No HR - a colleague from admin team cannot be an HR They will let you go as soon as they cannot get 200% from you Lots of overtime and work on weekends, There is no rule whether one is an employee or a self employed person; the management will treat you as it fits them Facilities are not suitable: frequent power shortages and water shortages Career advancement depends whether the senior has use for you OR if you get to be a "yes man"
