As an OTR driver there are certain expectations when working for a company i.e. staying out for 6-8 weeks at a time, unexpected situations. Having respect for management and dispatch and fellow employees is very important. Great communication skills is key. Respect and loyalty for CES Power and fellow employees is very important. Before you inquire about working for this company, make sure you are prepared to be dedicated to the work. OTR is a lifestyle so be prepared for unexpected situations at times. This company has some amazing people and always willing to lend a hand and answer questions if they can.
