The salary is a great start.

You do have to stand on your feet a lot for long periods of time.

Low oversight/autonomy, loyal to and protective of employees, small company "feels like family," focused on executive security details but maintains regular hours contracts to keep employees on payroll in between contracts.

Management is fairly disorganized, though not worse than any other similar-level company in the same industry. The low oversight/autonomy granted to their employees does get taken advantage of, on the one hand and, on the other, means they often don't do enough oversight to ensure contract retention.
