Terrible Experience - Recensione dipendente - Productiemedewerker presso CEVA Logistics

I worked at CEVA Logistics through Randstad. I’m grateful for the experience, but there were several things that made it a tough workplace. Training was rushed and I often wasn’t told why we were doing tasks, just what to do, which made it harder to learn. On my first day the scheduling app didn’t work so I had to use my break to sort it out. Then the supervisor called me out in front of everyone for being a couple minutes late, which was humiliating. Respect on the floor was also inconsistent. At one point a coworker even snapped their fingers at me, which felt really demeaning. The VOG background check was frustrating too. I had to pay for it upfront and only got reimbursed after 500 hours, which wasn’t clearly explained from the start. Overall CEVA could do better by providing clearer training, fostering a more respectful environment, and being transparent about policies like reimbursements.
