The company is focused primarily on cost savings with no attention toward employee welfare. Leadership is constantly changed. Everyone works beyond assigned job-scope to justify cost. Head of HR vindictive, untrustworthy, indecisive, disorganized, with no proper work processes in place. Always fault-finding and never problem solving and prevention.
