There are a lot of staff members who have worked there for 10 years plus (some over 20) Iv noticed other reviews saying the hours are long during sale time - however as ive worked here for a few years I know for a fact additional hours aren't forced - but any for any commission based roles (sales executives) it makes sense to work additional hours when the shop is busy at sale time which is typically twice a year? All additional time work is also paid and as you are selling more you are earning more commission on top of this. A relaxed approach to targets - with emphasis placed on accuracy of order and customer service There is very little travelling between stores except for holiday cover or training and you are paid for your travel time and mileage.
