The downside heavily outweighs the upside. Once you're in, you feel trapped. They promise growth and career advancement when you start there, but in reality the opportunities are few and far apart. It would take you over 10 years to work towards a decent promotion at CFG. Most managers are nice, but they play favorites, but that's in a lot of companies Bonuses are a crap shoot here. You can work very hard and you will get the same lame bonus each year, while the people who were there for 10-15 years and are undereducated and inexperienced, will be overpaid and get huge bonuses. If you want a job to just pay the bills and live paycheck to paycheck, this is for you. If you want to work for a growing company that you could advance your career with, look elsewhere. Recruiters are worthless.
