Biggest positive of this company is the ability to grow as fast as you can. Lastly, Cyber Group is also great about building camaraderie amongst everyone with social gatherings.

While Cyber Group has a performance review cycle and process, and it seems that not all middle level management adhere to the process. I wish the vacation was 3 weeks instead of 2 weeks, but I am hearing a rumor that may be changed soon. Time entry system is horrible.
