1. No vision for coming future. Since last 15 years no much growth. 2. Hire and fire. Keep firing on enormous rate from every deaprtment. (Fresher's even get fired) 3. No proper utilisation of resources. 4. No supportive HR. 5. No planning in ters of vision and resource management. (Ex. Shifted 2 times in a year to dofferent locations) 6.
