Close-knit team, small-agency feel and big-agency expertise, direct access to CEO, exposure/opportunity for employees at all levels, environment fosters growth, work with iconic and progressive outdoor and active lifestyle brands (big and small), national and international travel opportunities, office dogs, free snacks/coffee, location is prime in oceanside Marblehead “village” just north of Boston.

Must be willing/able to wear many hats and juggle/prioritize many tasks at once.

You will learn a lot. You get a lot more experience than a typical internship and get to try your hand at a wide array of different things with feedback.

Feedback is not always linear or clear, things can go back and forth from session to session when reviewing work. Additionally, with getting more experience than a standard internship, there will be times when you are working on projects above your level of understanding and instructions are not always clear from the beginning.
