- Constant change and ways to measure KPI's means the goal posts keep moving and it is hard to keep up. - Huge staff turnover, replacement of permanent staff with contractors is becoming common practice, contractors have a lessor care factor mostly because they have a lot less training (only 1-2 days), most are not long term employees, most of them are overseas workers travelling around Australia and move on. - A lot of the call centre and claims roles are being moved overseas so there is a constant fear that your job will be the next to go. - Some managers have control issues and think they are gods gift. - Some areas are like a schoolroom, if you are not one of the favourites or cool kids you get left behind even to the stage of bullying. - Some people work very hard and get no credit for their work, others hardly work and get daily praise on work that everyone has contributed on. - There was constant bullying occurring. - There is a constant loss of experienced and talented staff as they leave for greener pastures. - Moral has been getting lower and lower as time goes on. - The Company culture is very toxic and not getting any better. Management does not seem to listen or care. - Sick and Stress leave seems to be at an all time high
