      Vacation time.....it used to be good but senior management is horrible.

      They do not watch out for their own. They bring in the coldest people I've ever seen work in a business and then chop heads. They can actually eliminate jobs and then go and laugh about it while they keep people with drinking problems and other problems I won't mention here.

      I66 Management is ridiculous. A PM who has absolutely no idea - he's not even an engineer - and a business manager who has been continuously described by the client as incompetent and useless. It weighs heavy on me to hear the client saying " is this really ch2m?"
