Advancement for those who desire, and support through growth. Committment to flexibility for workers. Many women in leadership, including CEO. Quality work. High talent.

Morale ebbs and flows (like most companies) and change, which is a constant in life, is often met with resistence. Intentions of company have been foggy for awhile, but recent changes have brought clarity, which is confusing for some. Can be a cultural misfit for some. Important to have employer vet recruits and vice versa. If the fit is a good one, you're golden!

I66 Management is ridiculous. A PM who has absolutely no idea - he's not even an engineer - and a business manager who has been continuously described by the client as incompetent and useless. It weighs heavy on me to hear the client saying " is this really ch2m?"
