In my 4 plus years with the company, I worked with some great people in my field on a day-to-day basis.

Upper management was money hungry for themselves, out of touch, and did not care about you as an employee unless you were a share holder. They do not know the staff or the capabilities of their staff. No bonuses or profit sharing. Small % of upper management were share holders.

Thanks for the honest feedback, I'm sorry to hear that you had such a poor experience. It's important that we see this so we can continue to move towards our aspiration of becoming the best in our industry, including in employee engagement and satisfaction. We've been steadily building our incentive package for our staff and believe that we have a robust total compensation package. We've also developed our Recognition by Design program that highlights individuals and teams who positively impact the organization in large or small ways. This program is very well funded and acts as one form of incentive for employees.

CHA is a great company to work for, I been with them for almost 8 years and can say without a doubt this is the best company I've ever worked for. They value their employees and trrat everyone with respect.

At Javan I was a person and treated with understanding and empathy. When Javan became CHA I became a number on a spreadsheet! No matter how good you are at your job, you are expendable!!! Subpar onboarding when given a new position. Upper management has a cut-throat leadership style which does not promote trust and teamwork. PTO is not awarded or structured by employee longevity but only by position held in the company which is terrible.
