Possibility to work in extreme weather conditions and chance to work impromptu extra time due to storm events (usually have the choice to participate though)

Thank you for your feedback! I'm glad you understand your value and the opportunities you have at CHA. While some of the work we do is challenging, including working during really bad weather, our managers work hard ensure people are safe and comfortable in the environment they are working. We have the best people on our team and it shows in our commitment to our clients and our exceptional work!!

At Javan I was a person and treated with understanding and empathy. When Javan became CHA I became a number on a spreadsheet! No matter how good you are at your job, you are expendable!!! Subpar onboarding when given a new position. Upper management has a cut-throat leadership style which does not promote trust and teamwork. PTO is not awarded or structured by employee longevity but only by position held in the company which is terrible.
