      I’m happy to hear you are enjoying the flexible environment CHA offers our employees; however, I’m a little concerned to know that your work is easy. We pride ourselves on the exciting and challenging project we get, and our staff get to work on. I hope that you have been able to work on some of those projects! I’m sorry to hear you don’t feel you have any growth opportunities. Our career path for engineers is an accelerated one. Engineers joining right out of college have opportunities for promotion every couple of years. You should check out our career maps and develop a plan to drive your career at CHA.       At Javan I was a person and treated with understanding and empathy. When Javan became CHA I became a number on a spreadsheet! No matter how good you are at your job, you are expendable!!! Subpar onboarding when given a new position. Upper management has a cut-throat leadership style which does not promote trust and teamwork. PTO is not awarded or structured by employee longevity but only by position held in the company which is terrible.
