It will change couple of times. - I just recommend to this company for friends which has no security in their homelands(war etc) This company should be your last possibility before of asylum. - Relocation package and contract forces you to stay in the company. You are supposed to pay all the benefits back if you leave in one year. Notice period is 6 months. You can not find your next job easily. - A lot of friends accepted offer temporarily until finding something else, after 1 year couple of them directly returned back to their home countries with burnout. - Company is just able to hire from war zone countries right now, and abusing poor people.
