In my opinion this company has no ethics, unqualified mgt, and no promotional ladder. In my opinion, this company is all politics and dont care anything about the well being of their employees. The pay at this company is unequal from what i have seen. There is no organization within the company from what i experienced. You are micro managed and will be blamed for everything from what i have experienced. On day one i hated this company and questioned what i had gotten myself into. No good benefits, horrible vacation structure, horribke 401k ( it doesnt exist the first 3 or 5 years). This is solely based on my opinion and experience from this company.
