Organization and people made me feel happy to go to work

I never really got to the point of any cons. I was only there for about 9 months

If someone else bought the assets, there might be hope.

There are too many cons to mention because it is a family-owned company, small-minded with no vision. They only listen to family members who lack outside business experience, which translates to a myopic approach to all aspects of their operation. Some of these family members have major honesty issues, going so far as to deceive customers and employees deliberately.
