Leadership seem to truly care about employees and customers and are working hard to make positive changes and do listen to staff and read all feedback. My team are supportive and kind and I always feel able to ask for help should I need it. The office is lovely and there is free parking. Company events are held regularly and are a great opportunity to see people outside of your usual contacts.
