1. Not at all employee-friendly. 2. New joiners were asked to do the joining formalities at the office during a pandemic and were ask to quarantine themselves at any of the centers in Bangalore for 2 weeks before joining. 3. No job security. 4. HRs here are not interested in listening to the concerns raised by employees. 5. Pathetic salary structure and variable pay is designed in such a way that employee won't get it. 6. No proper office infrastructure
