People getting promoted without the proper skills & managers promote their friends. 6. Lots of favoritism 7. Lack of Mentorship 8. Micro Management 9. No flexibility to Work/Life Balance 10. Benefits are terrible, especially the 401K 11. NO ACCOUNTABILITY

      Low pay for the work they expect to get done. If you are injured on the job, don’t expect time off-none given. They will give you a desk job. Management will hound you to work extra days/nights.
